In order to ensure the machining accuracy of products, extend the service life of machine tools, and reduce the probability of machine tool failures, CNC machining centers have put forward strict requirements for the working environment they are in.
The working environment of CNC machining centers should ensure suitable temperature and dry air. Try to minimize the impact of water vapor and air disturbance on the machine tool. The machining center should be kept away from vibrating objects. Vibration will reduce the accuracy of parts and affect the stability of the operation process. In severe cases, it may also lead to poor contact of the machine's electronic circuits, increasing the probability of machine failure. If there is a vibration source near the machine, anti vibration trenches should be installed around it to prevent the occurrence of such adverse effects.
What are the requirements for the working environment of CNC machining centers?
The stability of the power supply voltage is also closely related to the quality of the workpiece and the service life of the machine. Changes in external environmental temperature and the use of other high-power machines around can cause varying degrees of fluctuations in the power grid. If the voltage amplitude of the power supply used exceeds the rated range, it will affect the normal use of the machine, and in severe cases, it may also cause damage to electronic components, posing some safety hazards for operation.
Generally speaking, it is required that the temperature of the working environment where the CNC machining center is located be below 30 degrees Celsius, and the relative humidity be controlled within 80%. The central processing unit and electronic components inside CNC machines have high requirements for temperature and humidity. If the temperature is too high, it will cause aging and damage to the electronic components of the machine. It may also cause bonding of internal integrated circuit boards, resulting in short circuits in the system's circuits.
Numerical control machining should be operated according to instructions and regulations. The parameters of various control systems reflect the dynamic control of each part of the machine tool by the control system and cannot be changed arbitrarily. If changed arbitrarily, it may reduce the lifespan of the machine and have a negative impact on the quality of its processing.
