1) When manually loading knives into the magazine, ensure that they are in place and check if the locking on the knife holder is reliable;

2) It is strictly prohibited to load overweight or ultra long cutting tools into the tool magazine to prevent them from falling off or colliding with workpieces, fixtures, etc. during tool replacement by the robotic arm;

3) When using the sequential tool selection method, attention should be paid to whether the order in which the tools are placed on the tool magazine is correct. Other tool selection methods should also pay attention to whether the tool number being replaced is consistent with the required tool to prevent accidents caused by tool replacement;

4) Pay attention to keeping the tool holder and sleeve clean;

5) Regularly check whether the zeroing position of the tool magazine is correct, check whether the tool change point position of the machine spindle is in place, and adjust it in a timely manner, otherwise the tool change action cannot be completed;

6) When starting up, the tool magazine and robotic arm should be run empty first to check whether each part is working properly, especially whether each travel switch and solenoid valve can operate normally.

Maintenance of CNC system

1. Strictly follow the operating procedures and daily maintenance system.

2. Prevent dust from entering the CNC device: Floating dust and metal powder can easily cause a decrease in insulation resistance between components, leading to malfunctions or even damage to the components.

3. Regularly clean the cooling and ventilation system of the data control cabinet.

4. Regularly monitor the grid voltage of the CNC system: the grid voltage range is between 85% and 110% of the rated value.

5. Regularly replace the storage battery.

6. Maintenance of CNC system when not in use for a long time: Regularly power on the CNC system or run the warm-up program on the CNC machine tool.

7. Maintenance of mechanical components for backup circuit boards.
