Based on the drawings of the machined parts, it is necessary to consider whether the machined parts can complete all the machining work on the CNC machining center If not, the machining process of the parts should be separated. The division of program processing at CNC machining center manufacturers should be considered from two aspects: processing accuracy and efficiency. Different tools and cutting parameters are required to process different surfaces in one process For more complex programs, the work steps can be divided in detail The principle of dividing work steps is described as follows.
1. The machining of the same surface of the processed parts should be completed in the order of rough machining, semi precision machining, and precision machining, or separated according to the principle of rough machining before precision machining;
2. When using a CNC machining center to machine parts with milled surfaces and drilled holes, the surface can be milled first and then drilled. This method can improve drilling accuracy by dividing the work steps. Due to the relatively high cutting force during the milling process, the workpiece is prone to deformation during machining. Milling the surface first, then drilling will allow it to recover for a period of time and reduce the impact of deformation on hole accuracy;
3. According to the tool for dividing work steps of the present invention, since the rotation time of the CNC machining center worktable is shorter than the tool changing time, work steps can be divided according to the tool, thereby reducing the number of tool changes and improving machining efficiency.
Based on the specific structural characteristics and technical requirements of the parts, a comprehensive consideration should be given to how to divide the machining program and work steps of the CNC machining center.
Pay attention to safe operation in CNC machining
1) Try installing the card material first, and then install the card tool to prevent touching the tool when installing the card material. If the tool has already been installed, the CNC machining center manufacturer recommends that the worktable should be moved to the outside first to ensure that it does not interfere with the tool when loading materials, thereby avoiding injury or damage to the tool.
When disassembling the tool, it is necessary to first observe whether the spindle has stopped rotating.
When unloading the blade, do not hold or clamp it with your hands to avoid scratching the blade.
4) After use, the wrench should be placed in the tool storage area and is not allowed to be placed on the Y-axis cover or crossbeam.
During the machining process of the CNC machining center, it is not allowed for the operator to observe the cutting position up close to prevent chips from falling into the eyes.
Before turning on the oil pump switch, check the position of the nozzle to avoid spraying oil to other positions during flushing.
7) When pausing observation during the machining gap, make sure to move the worktable away from the cutting position.
8) CNC machining center manufacturers remind us that after machining and before disassembling the workpiece, we must first conduct a preliminary inspection of the necessary dimensions or appearance, and the workpiece can only be disassembled after passing the inspection to avoid positioning problems in secondary machining and scrap of the disassembled workpiece. The disassembled workpiece requires further inspection of some key dimensional data to ultimately meet the machining requirements.
