In the machining process of small CNC machining centers, the advantages of auxiliary machining are that the external cavity is machined and the components located in the internal cavity are installed, and the stability of some and regular shapes is improved, reducing the impact of machining. Now, the top of the CNC machining center base is fixedly connected to a spring, and the top and bottom springs are connected to the machining station for connection and fixation on the upper part of the base.


For the fixed connection method of the upper part of the processing station, the fixed bottom plate is connected to the elevator, and its fault diagnosis and machine tool maintenance are important components of the CNC machine tool process, which are currently limiting factors. Therefore, when using this machine in CNC machining centers, it is necessary to strengthen the diagnosis of common faults, adopt scientific maintenance techniques, and effectively improve the operation level of the CNC machining center.
