Is there a future for learning CNC?


Has a promising future. Many people believe that learning CNC has no future, the work is tiring and the salary is not high, because they have not learned enough and are still at the surface level. Nowadays, the country has built many high-tech parks, which require a large number of talents, including CNC talents.


At present, China's frontline CNC talents mainly come from two aspects: first, graduates from universities, vocational colleges, and secondary vocational schools majoring in mechatronics or CNC technology application, who have strong theoretical knowledge but lack hands-on experience;


The second is the CNC talents trained by the enterprise itself, who have strong hands-on experience and process background, but weak theoretical knowledge and lack understanding of computer application technology and CNC systems. Neither of these two types of talents can fully meet the requirements of enterprises for composite CNC talents.


So, even if the prospects are good, CNC talents still need to accumulate practical experience, enhance their hands-on ability, and learn comprehensive theoretical knowledge of CNC operation, programming, maintenance, and repair. The CNC profession belongs to the technical industry and is constantly undergoing new changes and developments. As a CNC talent, one should learn to keep up with the times, learn more, see more, and do more, so as not to be eliminated by the times.

1. High speed and high precision


High speed and precision are the eternal goals of machine tool development. With the rapid development of science and technology, the speed of updating and upgrading mechanical and electrical products is accelerating, and the requirements for the accuracy and surface quality of part processing are also increasing. To meet the demands of this complex and ever-changing market, machine tools are currently developing towards high-speed cutting, dry cutting, and quasi dry cutting, and machining accuracy is constantly improving.


2. High reliability


The reliability of CNC machine tools is a key indicator of the quality of CNC machine tool products. Whether CNC machine tools can achieve high performance, high precision, and high efficiency, and obtain good benefits, depends crucially on their reliability.


3. CAD based design and modular structural design for CNC lathes


With the popularization of computer applications and the development of software technology, CAD technology has been widely developed. CAD can not only replace manual labor to complete tedious drawing work, but more importantly, it can select design schemes and analyze, calculate, predict, and optimize the static and dynamic characteristics of large and complete machines. It can also perform dynamic simulation and emulation of various working components of the whole machine.
