1、 High rigidity, heavy cutting


◆ All are made of high-quality resin sand wear-resistant castings, with strong and tough ribs, oversized columns, wide and low seats, and honeycomb structure. After annealing treatment, the stress is removed without deformation for a long time.


◆ The three-axis adopts highly rigid rectangular guide rails, which can withstand heavy cutting. The worktable is precision ground and quenched, greatly enhancing the surface hardness.


2. High precision


◆ The three-axis transmission adopts Taiwanese C3 grade precision ball screw and is equipped with P4 grade bearings to ensure positioning accuracy and repeatability accuracy.


◆ All three axes are driven directly by Mitsubishi servo motors from Japan, providing strong power and ensuring feed accuracy under strong load-bearing capacity.


◆ Adopting internationally renowned brand spindles ensures the advantages of high reliability, long lifespan, low noise, minimal vibration, and high precision of the spindles.


◆ Control system characteristics: good stability, fast speed, high accuracy


◆ The M70 system is an upgraded version of the Mitsubishi M60S series (including M64AS and M64SM), with a personalized interface, convenient operation, fiber optic drive transmission, stable and reliable data, convenient management of network cable transmission, and fast and convenient transmission. Built in memory card, up to 2GB, directly called by the program. Mainly used for machining center control systems.
